Congratulations to the RHS Britain in Bloom 2026 winners!

What a fantastic year it has been for Britain in Bloom.

On 20 October, communities from across the UK came together at Rochdale Town Hall for the RHS Britain in Bloom UK Finals 2026, celebrating the volunteers, community groups and local organisations whose hard work helps make our towns, villages and cities greener, brighter and more welcoming. Forty-four finalists competed across eight categories.

Stonehouse takes the top prize

A huge congratulations goes to Stonehouse in Bloom, representing Heart of England in Bloom, which not only received Gold and won the Small Town category, but was also crowned the Overall Winner of Britain in Bloom 2026.

The judges were particularly impressed by the community's approach to caring for its urban forest. Stonehouse is working towards creating a town-wide community arboretum, bringing residents and local groups together to look after trees across both public and private spaces.

Celebrating this year’s Gold winners

There was plenty more to celebrate, with Gold-winning category champions including Fletching Parish Council, Bosworth in Bloom, Henley in Bloom, Truro in Bloom, Wrexham in Bloom, North Berwick in Bloom and Rochdale in Bloom – Rochdale Town Centre, alongside Stonehouse's Small Town success.

From beautiful planting displays to protecting wildlife and bringing people together, Britain in Bloom continues to demonstrate just how much can be achieved when people take pride in the places they call home. As the RHS highlighted this year, community gardening has an important part to play in turning local action into lasting environmental and social benefits.

Celebrating our Amberol customers

We’re especially proud to see so many familiar names among this year’s winners, and Amberol self-watering planters continuing to support community gardening projects.

Congratulations to Stonehouse in Bloom, this year’s overall winner, alongside long-standing Amberol customers Bosworth in Bloom, Henley in Bloom and North Berwick in Bloom, all celebrating Gold awards.

We’re also proud to supply the councils behind Truro, Wrexham and Rochdale, giving us even more reason to celebrate this year’s fantastic results.
