Ensuring that our products fully meet our customers’ requirements is a key driver for us here at Amberol. We work hard to connect with customers face-to-face through exhibitions, conferences and Britain in Bloom events, as well as remotely through newsletters, social media and other forms of communication.
The annual customer survey is a key piece of information that helps us to ensure that we are providing the very best service we can, meeting (or even exceeding), customer expectations. The survey is open to Amberol customers and is quick and simple to complete, taking just a few minutes of your time. It includes questions on a range of areas including delivery, customer service and product satisfaction.
As a thank you for taking part and providing us with valuable feedback, all survey respondents (Amberol customers only) will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of Amberol roto-moulded products.
Amberol’s Commercial Manager Steve Parker explains why the annual survey is such an important part of the Amberol calendar.

We are constantly reviewing our product ranges and service offering to ensure that they meet our customers’ evolving requirements. The customer survey enables us to reach more people and hear their point of view. After all, it’s the people who use our products who are best placed to offer useful feedback.”
The survey is completed online and is open now. The closing date for responding to the survey and being in with a chance to enter the prize draw is Friday 10th February.
