Lockdowns, vaccine rollouts, Brexit negotiations, supply chain issues – the last 12 months have certainly been action packed. But amongst all the shifting sands and unusual challenges that have surrounded us at Amberol since early 2020, our core values as a company have remained consistent. And one of those key values is listening to what our customers have to say about all aspects of our products and services.
So, we are running our customer survey once again this year to find out your thoughts. Whilst we welcome customer feedback all year round, the annual survey is a chance for everyone to have their say on a whole range of issues, from the website to the sales team, through to delivery.

Because customer opinion is important to us, we ensure that we read and reflect on every response. In fact, we have often made modifications and even developed new products as a result of customer feedback. After all, you are the ones best placed to comment on the quality of our products and how they should be used.
