Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us here at Amberol. In fact, some of our newest products such as our half barrel and stone effect trough have been developed in response to customer feedback.
To ensure that we are meeting customer needs and maintaining the highest standards of service, we send out satisfaction surveys to random clients between September and February. Respondents are entered into a monthly prize draw to win £200 of vouchers to spend on Amberol products.
