With welcome signs of spring all around us, it’s a busy time for many Amberol customers, especially those involved in the annual Britain in Bloom competition. And, as the UK begins to ease out of lockdown over the next few weeks and months, activity around planting, clearing and tidying floral displays is likely to increase.
While we look forward to seeing the results of all that hard work in the months to come, as you wait for the steady return to normality, now is the perfect time to look out your old photos of displays and enter the Amberol photo competition. As photos from past seasons are eligible for entry, lockdown provides a great opportunity to look back over your floral portfolio and submit an entry before the demands of preparing for the judging season really kick in.
To remind you, the photo competition changed in 2020. Instead of being run once a year, entries are accepted all year round with winners announced approximately every quarter. And because we are happy to receive photos taken at any time past or present, even if your Amberol self-watering planters aren’t currently in full bloom this early in the year, you can still enter the competition with photos of displays from previous years, especially if they are of glorious spring flowers. The only proviso is that photos which have been entered into other Amberol photo competitions are not eligible.
And the best news? In addition to sharing your organisation’s floral achievements and spreading some much-needed joy and cheer, you could also win £200 worth of vouchers to spend on Amberol products to expand your collection of self-watering planters.
It’s very simple to enter. Just submit any image past or present that you have of Amberol’s self-watering planters via the online form on the website. Your photo will then be entered into the public vote with the chance to win £200 of Amberol vouchers.
